Who we are

The Peach Poodle is a small, family-run business born from a genuine love of dogs. Our owner and groomer, Elizabeth, has been grooming for almost 8 years and holds City & Guilds qualifications in Level 2 and Level 3 Dog Grooming. A lifelong resident of the Much Wenlock area, Elizabeth is extremely passionate about dogs and animals, and brings care, patience, and attention to detail to every groom.

Elizabeth’s own Standard Poodle, Nico, was the inspiration behind the brand. While he isn’t quite peach, the name “Peach Poodle” captures the spirit of the salon and its playful, welcoming feel. Nico has helped Elizabeth practise more complicated grooms, and his love of the salon – greeting visitors, watching the world go by from the window – embodies the calm, happy atmosphere she aims to create for every dog.

At The Peach Poodle, each dog is treated as an individual, with care taken to meet the needs of their breed, coat type, and personality. The salon is designed to be a calming, welcoming space, with our iconic peach colours and charming poodle artwork helping dogs feel relaxed and owners at ease. Every visit is about keeping your pup comfortable and making the grooming experience enjoyable.
